Seredyn Review: Ingredients, Positives, Negatives + Verdict

Seredyn is a supplement that is designed, and clinically proven, according to its manufacturers, to reduce anxiety, insomnia, panic attacks and other mood and psychological disorders.

Seredyn has been developed by a team of scientists, based on extensive empirical research, and aims to combine knowledge of the natural workings of your brain with extensive scientific knowledge.

According to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, anxiety is the most common mental illness in the US, affecting almost 20% of the population, and only 2/5 of them receive treatment.

This means that Seredyn can have a profound effect on the lives of those who suffer from anxiety, as according to the manufacturers of the supplement, up to 90% of those who have taken it believe that it is effective.

As a result, some have even claimed that Seredyn is an over the counter medicine (OTC) that can rival controlled antidepressants.

The natural Seredyn formula is, according to the manufacturers, ‘is designed to quickly calm and soothe the worried, restless mind’. Seredyn works quickly, and you will often notice positive effects within 15-30 minutes after a single dose.

  • L-theanine, for example, creates tranquility in as little as 15 minutes through increasing the activity of GABA in the brain. Likewise, Passion Flower has been used for centuries to reduce anxiety.

What We Liked

  • Helps with the symptoms of depression
  • Mostly natural ingredients
  • Can help the physical symptoms of depression
  • Easy to swallow capsules

What We Didn't Like

  • Not suitable for vegetarians as it contains gelatin

Pros..

One Seredyn user says that they have taken the supplement for a while and it has even allowed them to stop taking their prescription medication. They claim it has allowed them to cope with their depression and anxiety, stabilizing their mood without any side-effects.

Another who works in a very stressful environment says that Seredyn literally allows them to get through the day.

They recount a list of disgruntled customers screaming at them, and say that, though at times they wanted to break down, they managed to cope thanks to Seredyn, though they did not some minor side effects, particularly sleepiness.

Finally, someone noted that Seredyn contains ingredients that have been used for centuries to treat depression, and that it is much more healthy than anti-depressants.

Cons..

A number of reviews have claimed that Seredyn has had little or no effect on their anxiety. For example, one customer claims that they tried Seredyn for a while, only for it to have no impact upon their anxiety.

To be fair though, they did also say that they had tried another supplement, also with no results. Another said simply, ‘a waste of money’. In addition, many have claimed that the supplement is overpriced, especially given the ingredients, which are much cheaper to produce than the price suggests.

This is a complaint that is made in a few of the customer reviews. If you are a vegetarian, it seems that you will have to stay clear of these, as they contain gelatin.

One review, perhaps unexpectedly, says that the capsules are incredibly smelly, even when the cap is closed. This may not be a problem, but you may want to keep the pills in a locked drawer!

Finally, and very importantly, some claim they have experienced side effects from Seredyn. The most common of these include sleepiness, nausea, headaches and restlessness. However, these are relatively uncommon.

Given the fact that anxiety is close to being an epidemic in modern society, a product like Seredyn promises to be of interest to a great deal of people. If the effects are even half as potent as some of the positive consumer testimony claim they are, then the 40 million+ people who who suffer from anxiety according to the ADAA will want to given them a try.
