Give to Charity While Meditating (For Free)

Benefits of meditation

Two things a lot of people want to do more of – meditate and give to charity.

Well its now possible to do both, at the same time, for free.

Satorio Meditation have teamed up with Oxfam who will donate 10 grains of rice to a starving person for every one minute you meditate through their website.

Their website is also a great way to track your meditation progress – you don’t have to create an account to take part but if you do they will keep track of all of your meditation sessions.

We all know that meditation can:

  • Reduces stress
  • Increase happiness
  • Provide physiological benefits
  • Increase attention span

But now we can add to that list:

  • Give to charity

It looks like a no-brainer to me!
